Tiffany Reves, MA, LPC-S, NCC
Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor and the proprietor and clinical director of R&AC. She has worked in the mental health field since 2006, in her own private practice as well as a group practice, a mental health hospital, and non-profit social services. These opportunities have allowed Tiffany to work as a counselor, educator, public speaker, and clinical director while she also provided marketing and program development. Before going into counseling, Tiffany worked in sales, marketing, and small business/entrepreneurship, and was passionately involved in volunteering with her church’s youth group, assisting teenagers and their families with all aspects of growing up and living life to the full. Tiffany spends her free time (really mostly taking care of her family) running, baking, playing piano, and spending time in the outdoors with her husband and two children.
Tiffany also serves on the Denton County Veteran's Court Treatment Team, providing clinical consultation to the court and counseling services to veterans. She is trained in evidence based models for treating post traumatic stress disorder and combat trauma.
Mickey Reves, MA, LPC
Mickey has been a cowboy, soldier, pastor, entrepreneur, hunting guide, and counselor but believes that all of this work has been about the same thing, following the path to a full life and helping others with their journey. Mickey tries to use any resource or come from any angle that could work to help people, but he tends to focus on encouraging people to find their strengths, believe in themselves, and remove their obstacles to growth, believing that people are fully capable to develop rewarding relationships and a fulfilling life through exploring and expanding perspectives and skills in all aspects of life.
When not counseling with clients, running our practice, or thinking up new ideas, Mickey loves to spend time with his family traveling, in the outdoors fishing, hiking, running, and hunting, as well as cooking, reading, and gardening. Someday, Mickey dreams that one of those new ideas will be combining those interests with counseling!

Janice Bradley, MA, LPC, LCDC
Janice began her career working with individuals as they moved through various legal circumstances. She found that counseling was a natural progression in a career of walking with others through the ups and downs of their life journeys. She discovered a passion for being a calm in the chaos her clients were experiencing. This led Janice to pursue her licensure as a chemical dependency counselor and then adder her license as a professional counselor. Janice specializes in working with individuals in various situations including substance abuse, anxiety, and life adjustment. When she is not working Janice enjoys reading and spending time with her dogs.
